"Flexible enough for my real-life schedule"
une has been a solid fit for me. I know some people might say online programs still take a lot of work, and they do, but the flexibility has made a big difference for me. I’m able to fit classes around my job and family stuff without feeling like my whole week has to revolve around one strict schedule. It’s not like it’s effortless or anything, but being able to plan things my own way has helped a lot.

"I was kind of expecting the admin..."
I was kind of expecting the admin side of une.edu to be a hassle, because that’s usually how these things go, but it ended up being smooth. My emails got answered faster than I thought they would, which was a nice surprise, and my paperwork went through without a ton of back-and-forth or me having to chase anyone down. The student portal was mostly easy enough to figure out too, once I poked around a bit. A couple of the forms had me stopping like, wait, what exactly are they asking for here, but someone helped me out and it wasn’t a big deal in the end. Overall, good experience. I’d give it 4 stars.

"I’m careful about what I’m paying for..."
I’m careful about what I’m paying for, so I was glad UNE made the billing easy to understand right from the start. The charges were clear, and I didn’t feel like I was getting hit with random extra fees. I did have one question, and they got back to me quickly with a straightforward explanation. Overall, the payment side was a lot less stressful than I expected.

"Pretty good classes, though not perfect"
Overall, I had a good experience with the classes. The teachers seemed to know what they were doing, and a lot of the coursework was actually useful. That said, some parts were kind of hit or miss, and I’d be lying if I said every class kept me interested. Still, it wasn’t bad at all, some of it was way better than I expected.

"Really happy with UNE"
I had a really good experience with UNE Online overall. The classes were clear, support got back to me quickly, and the online platform was straightforward enough to use. What more can you really ask for? I didn’t run into any major issues, so no big complaints from me.

"Advising was fine, I guess??"
My enrollment advisor was helpful overall and answered most of what I asked. The only thing was that replies were kind of slow sometimes, and I had to repeat the same details more than once?? It wasn’t a bad experience or anything, just felt average to me.

"Online classes just work better"
Online classes worked really well for me. It was easy to study on my own schedule, and I feel like pretty much everyone would find learning online more convenient once they try it

"I wish I had looked into it a..."
I wish I had looked into it a bit more before purchasing. The course layout felt confusing, and the material seemed scattered all over the place. I kept having to stop and figure out where I was supposed to go next, which made it hard to follow along.

"Admissions Was Shockingly Smooth"
I was fully prepared for the admissions process at UNE to be a dramatic saga, but it ended up being surprisingly easy. Emails were answered quickly, the steps were clear, and I never felt like I was wandering through a maze of confusion. A couple of the forms took me a minute to figure out, but nothing too intense. Overall, it was way less stressful than I expected, which felt like a small miracle.

"Super welcoming student community"
One thing I really liked about une was how friendly the student community felt. People were easy to talk to, and I never felt weird asking questions or trying to get involved. It made studying feel a lot less lonely, which helped me more than I expected

"Helpful replies, just a little slow sometimes"
I tried this around March, or maybe it was early April, and overall it was a good experience. The answers were helpful and made sense, but there were a few times when it took a bit longer than I expected to get a response. Nothing too frustrating, just a little slow here and there.

"Pretty helpful overall"
My academic advisor at UNE has been good, I’d say. They’ve helped me figure out classes and kind of stay on track with everything. Sometimes it takes a little while to hear back, but nothing too major. Overall, I feel like I’m supported and not super stressed about it

"Works fine sometimes, but the glitches are ridiculous"
The site usually loads okay for me, so that part is fine. But the classes glitch sometimes, and it gets ridiculous when you’re trying to follow along and things freeze or act up...

"Clinical placement support was kind of a letdown"
I did enjoy some of my classes, and there were parts of the program I liked, but the clinical placement side was just... not great. I kept feeling like I had to follow up over and over just to get basic updates, and when I did get answers, they were usually vague, which made it hard to know what was actually going on.

Once deadlines started getting closer, the whole thing got stressful fast. I didn’t really feel guided through the process, and it felt like I was just trying to figure it out myself while also keeping up with everything else. Maybe other people had a smoother experience, but for me, it made the program way harder than it needed to be.

"Support was surprisingly quick"
I reached out to support and they got back to me fast, which I appreciated. I was expecting to wait a lot longer, because that’s usually how these things go. I had actually made coffee and settled in like I was going to be waiting all afternoon, but nope, they replied quicker than expected

"Pretty good, but the cost adds up"
The classes are good and I’ve had a decent experience overall, but the tuition starts to feel like a lot after a while. It’s one of those things where you like what you’re getting, but then all the costs and this and that make it feel kinda pricey.

"Honestly, the workload was manageable"
The workload wasn’t too bad overall. Most days felt manageable, and I didn’t feel totally buried or anything. I guess there were moments where it got a little annoying, but it was fine. Chill for the most part, though not exactly exciting...

"I really liked the feel of the..."
I really liked the feel of the campus. It was calm, clean, and had plenty of nice little spots to sit between classes. People seemed friendly too, which always says a lot about the kind of community a place has. You can tell folks actually respect the space, and I think that matters
